Fitluma does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing any exercise, diet, or fitness program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern.

4. Photos and Files

If you choose to set a profile picture, Fitluma requests access to your photo library so you can select an image. Fitluma uses the selected image only as your profile picture and does not access your entire photo library for unrelated purposes.

If you attach a file to a support email, that file is shared only because you chose to send it.

5. Notifications

Fitluma may ask for permission to send notifications. Notifications may include workout reminders, inactivity reminders, and other fitness-related messages.

If notifications are enabled, Fitluma may register an Expo push token and store it with your user account so notifications can be delivered to your device. You can disable notifications through the app or your device settings.

8. Data Storage and Security

Fitluma uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Data transmitted between the app and our backend services is sent using secure connections such as HTTPS. Authentication sessions are stored using secure device storage where available.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
