Fitluma allows users to delete their account and associated app data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your Fitluma account directly inside the app:

1. Open the Fitluma app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your Fitluma account, we delete your account and associated app data from our active systems, including:

• Profile information
• Email-linked account data
• Workout plans
• Workout logs
• Exercise history
• Personal records
• Bodyweight history
• Custom exercises
• Plan activation history
• Push notification tokens connected to your account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Request Account Deletion by Email

If you cannot access the Fitluma app, you can request account deletion by email.

Send your request to:

Please include the email address connected to your Fitluma account so we can verify and process your request.

Data Retention

After account deletion, your account and associated app data are deleted from active systems.

Some deleted information may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before routine deletion. We may also retain limited information if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Deleting Only Specific Data

If you want to delete only specific Fitluma data instead of your full account, contact us at:

Please describe what data you want deleted, such as workout logs, bodyweight history, profile information, or custom exercises.
